HERC Region 3 Board Meeting

HERC Region 3 Meetings are open to the public and typically occur on the First Wednesday of every month.  Please email the HERC R3 Coordinator below if you are interested in attending.  We routinely meet in person, rotating our locations frequently, but we always offer a virtual option on Zoom.

We follow Wi Statute 181.0701 for Annual and regular meetings and hold our Annual Meeting every June during which time we vote in new Class A and Class B members. At the annual meeting we report on the activities and financial condition of the corporation and the Board shall consider and act upon such other matters as may me raised consistent with the requirements of law. We encourage you to attend if you are interested in participating!

Please note, failure of the NEW HERC to hold the Annual Meeting or any regular meeting at a time stated in or fixed in accordance with our bylaws does not affect the validity of any corporate action. In following statutes 181.0141 and 181.0705 we provide not more than 60 days’ notice, nor less than 10 days’ notice of our annual meeting to our membership by email.
